About The Position
Autism Learning Collaborative (ALC) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) to join their team in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This role involves providing 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism, implementing treatment plans developed by a BCBA, and supporting families by tracking progress. ALC is committed to making meaningful improvements in the lives of those they serve by helping children with autism reach their fullest potential in a supportive, compassionate, and innovative environment. Onsite BCBAs are available for real-time support.
Requirements
- High school diploma (Bachelor’s in related field preferred).
- Experience working with kids.
- Reliable transportation & driver’s license.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English to implement treatment plans, complete documentation, and communicate with caregiver and supervisors.
