About The Position
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) at Apara Autism Centers in San Antonio, Texas. This full-time position involves providing 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism, implementing treatment plans developed by a BCBA, and tracking progress while supporting families. Requirements
- High school diploma (Bachelor’s in related field preferred).
- Experience working with kids.
- Reliable transportation & driver’s license.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English to implement treatment plans, complete documentation, and communicate with caregiver and supervisors.
