About The Position
We are seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with BCBA-owned practices. These practices emphasize strong supervision, manageable caseloads, and genuine support for clinicians. Unlike corporate structures, you will work directly with BCBAs who own their practices and understand the clinician's perspective. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered to new hires.
Requirements
- Active RBT Certification
- Reliable transportation to get to client’s homes
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 or older
- Ability to pass a background check
- Comfortable moving around, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
Nice To Haves
- College education is a plus
Responsibilities
- Work 1:1 with children following individualized treatment plans
- Track progress and communicate with families
- Meet weekly with your BCBA for coaching and support
