About The Position

The Treetop Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Fort Stewart, Georgia, to provide individualized ABA therapy to children in clinic and/or home settings. Working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the RBT helps children build essential skills and greater independence in familiar environments. The organization provides in-home, clinic-based, and community-based ABA therapy for children ages 2–18 across multiple states, with a mission centered on compassionate, evidence-based care and collaboration.

Requirements

Active RBT certification.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Experience working with children across different ages and abilities.

Nice To Haves

TRICARE certification.
CPR/BLS certification, or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clinic and/or home settings.
Use data-driven techniques to support meaningful behavior change.
Collaborate with families so therapy aligns with real-life goals.
Track and document progress using electronic medical records (EMR).
Communicate regularly with the supervising BCBA and clinical team.
