About The Position

Hidden Talents ABA provides individualized, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. This role is for certified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who will work one-on-one with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA programs under BCBA supervision. The work is hands-on and meaningful, with opportunities to grow. The position is part-time and based in Ehrhardt, South Carolina. Pay is $23–$30 per hour based on experience, with automatic raises every six months.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification in good standing; certification must be obtained before applying, as the company does not provide certification training.
• At least 6 months of ABA experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Run ABA therapy sessions in home, school, or community settings.
• Target communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Maintain accurate session data and documentation.
• Follow behavior intervention plans and address challenging behaviors as they arise.
• Work closely with BCBAs and families.
