Northeast Family Services is seeking an Intensive Needs RBT to join their growing team. This is a Fee For Service (FFS) position. The RBT will be responsible for implementing clients’ behavior support plans to decrease problematic behavior and providing ABA-based instruction to promote the development of new skills, under the direction of their supervising BCBA. The Registered Behavior Technician will monitor client behavior, collect data on client behavior, and report the data back to the supervising BCBA. The Registered Behavior Technician will work collaboratively with the supervising BCBA and client’s family to support meaningful changes in client behavior.
