Registered Behavior Technician (RBT Certified) - Afternoon Hrs
About The Position
Circle Care Services provides compassionate ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum, with strong supervision and clear onboarding for its RBTs. The Registered Behavior Technician works one-on-one with children in home, school, clinic, or day-care settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA. The role is part-time and scheduled during afternoon or after-school hours. Requirements
- Active RBT certification.
- High school diploma.
- At least 18 years old.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Organized and dependable, and open to feedback.
- Interest in behavioral health.
Responsibilities
- Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
- Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
- Collect and track session data.
- Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
- Share progress with the clinical team.
