About The Position
Circle Care Services provides ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum and supports Registered Behavior Technicians with supervision and onboarding. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA. The posting also identifies home-based, clinic, and day-care cases as settings. The schedule is part-time and consists of afternoon or after-school hours.
Requirements
- Active RBT certification.
- High school diploma.
- At least 18 years old.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Organized and dependable, and open to feedback.
- Interest in behavioral health.
Responsibilities
- Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
- Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
- Collect and track session data.
- Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
- Share progress with the clinical team.
