Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
About The Position
Milestone Therapy is partnering with Riverside Healthcare to expand child-focused services in the Bradley/Kankakee area, with a new clinic located at The Atrium on Kennedy Drive. They are seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join their growing team. This role offers a supportive workplace with onsite BCBAs, where clinical contributions are valued, and team support is emphasized. The position offers an additional $5/hour for all direct work with children. For those who have completed their coursework as a Behavior Technician (BT) and need direct client time and support to complete their certification, assistance will be provided.
Requirements
- Active RBT Certification required via certification on the BACB registry, or in a place where you're ready to complete your credentialing through us
- 1–2 years of pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children
- Ability to work independently on a collaborative team
Responsibilities
- Facilitate new skill acquisition through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
- Redirect undesired behaviors with evidence-based interventions
- Collaborate daily with your BCBA and lead therapist to implement effective care plans
- Complete daily session documentation in a timely and ethical manner
- Execute individualized programming as outlined by your supervising BCBA
