About The Position

Action Behavior Centers (ABC) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. In this role, you will follow personalized treatment plans, collect session data, help children learn through various activities, and maintain a safe therapy environment. ABC offers a fun, supportive culture with opportunities for career growth, including promotions into leadership roles or pathways to becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through their Everest Program. The position is full-time, with predictable daytime hours, and immediate openings are available in Houston, TX.

Requirements

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification required.
At least 18 years old.
High school diploma.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently.
Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

May occasionally help support a nearby ABC clinic if additional coverage is needed.
