Registered Behavior Technician - Part Time
About The Position
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) on our team, you’ll work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) and families to deliver high-quality, play-based ABA therapy. We focus on creating a workplace where team members feel valued, supported, and empowered each day. You will implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients, engage with BCBA during regular supervision sessions to ask questions and receive feedback, and collect and record client behavioral data and complete all required documentation accurately and on time. You can support the following work schedule: Monday through Friday 4 - 6 pm, schedule subject to change based on clinic need.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active RBT certification required within 60 days of hire
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Competence with a variety of computer applications
- Comfortable persona to better develop relationships with children and their families
