About The Position

Join National Therapy Center's growing ABA team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and make a difference in the lives of children in the DMV area (Bethesda, DC, Germantown) during evening shifts (between 4:00pm to 7:00pm). RBT Certification is required to be eligible for hire: you must have completed 40-hour RBT training, passed a competency assessment with a qualified professional, and passed the official RBT exam administered by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Requirements

• RBT Certification is required to be eligible for hire: you must have completed 40-hour RBT training, passed a competency assessment with a qualified professional, and passed the official RBT exam administered by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Must have after school hour availability (4pm-7pm).
• Reliable transportation to ensure on-time client sessions.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum 1 year of experience in ABA or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy during evening hours.
• Accurately record client progress and maintain clinical documentation.
• Work closely with families and BCBAs to ensure seamless care.
• Participate in continuous training and supervision to grow in your role.
