About The Position
Join Expansion Behavior Supports, a Finni Health Company, as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) in a rewarding part-time role. This position focuses on working one-on-one with children in their homes, providing evidence-based ABA therapy to help them build essential life skills and create lasting positive change. You will receive mentorship from a Doctorate-level BCBA.
Requirements
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Experience working with children
- A passion for helping children with special needs succeed
- Reliable transportation
- RBT/CBT certification (or 40-hour RBT training completed; exam pending is okay!)
- Active CPR certification
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy
- Implement behavior plans designed by a BCBA
- Track and document client progress
- Collaborate in supervision sessions and team meetings
- Build strong, supportive relationships with clients and families
