About The Position

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Full-Time (Guaranteed Hours) TERI is seeking dedicated, energetic, and flexible Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with developmental disabilities across a variety of settings, including homes, schools, and community environments throughout North County San Diego. To support this commitment, we are looking for individuals who are adaptable and willing to serve as a floater across multiple clients, locations, and age groups as we build a permanent case load assignment and schedule. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, values professional growth, and is comfortable supporting a diverse range of clients and behavioral needs.

Requirements

Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
Must be able to pass clearance requirements

Nice To Haves

Experience providing ABA services in home and/or school settings is highly preferred
Experience supporting individuals with moderate to severe behavioral challenges is preferred

Responsibilities

Implement individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs developed by a BCBA.
Collect and accurately record data on client progress.
Support clients in developing communication, social, adaptive living, academic, and behavioral skills.
Collaborate with families, school personnel, and clinical supervisors.
Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with BACB guidelines.
Travel between service locations throughout North County San Diego as needed.
Adapt to changing schedules and assignments to ensure continuity of care for clients.
Maintain flexibility as a full-time floater, supporting clients across school, home, and community-based settings throughout North County San Diego, with availability for varying assignments and shifts between 7:30 AM and 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday, based on client and staffing needs.
