Alpaca Health is a multi-state network of independent ABA therapists serving families in homes, schools, and daycares. Registered Behavior Technicians work one-on-one with children with autism in their homes, classrooms, and communities. They follow individualized plans developed by a BCBA, implement behavior strategies, collect data, and build consistent relationships that support children’s growth. Each RBT works closely with a dedicated, accessible BCBA mentor. Applicants may have an active RBT certification or be motivated to earn one. For those pursuing certification, Alpaca Health can help identify a path, provide support preparing for and taking the certification exam, and connect applicants with practices that may reimburse training and pay for hands-on learning. The role offers career-growth support, including a possible path toward BCBA certification. Work is in person, with full-time and part-time opportunities and some schedule flexibility across mornings, afternoons, and evenings to meet client needs. Pay is $20–$27 per hour, based on experience and location.
