About The Position

Brightstone Therapy is seeking a skilled and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join their growing team in Riverdale, GA. This role involves delivering one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and related developmental differences within a daycare setting. The RBT will work under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting data, and collaborating with the clinical team to help clients build independence and lifelong skills.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification.
• Willingness to obtain CPR certification upon hire (if not already certified).
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Experience supporting individuals in home, school, or clinical environments.
• A genuine commitment to helping individuals with autism and empowering families.
• Full-time availability Monday–Friday, between 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized, one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Implement behavior intervention plans tailored to each client’s goals and strengths.
• Collect accurate data and write detailed session notes to track progress and guide next steps.
• Collaborate closely with your BCBA to ensure thoughtful, data-driven treatment decisions.
• Provide behavior support and assist with crisis intervention when necessary.
• Work across homes, schools, and clinic settings to support clients where they thrive best.
