About The Position

Brightstone Therapy is seeking a dedicated and certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Hoschton, Georgia. If you are passionate about supporting individuals with autism and developmental disabilities and want to work in a collaborative, supportive environment, we encourage you to apply. This role involves delivering one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, collecting data, and collaborating with the supervising BCBA. Services will be delivered across home, school, and clinic-based settings, with a primary location in a daycare setting, but willingness to work in-home if needed is required.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification (required).
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Accurately collect data and maintain detailed daily session notes.
• Collaborate with the supervising BCBA to support data-driven treatment decisions.
• Provide behavior support and assist with crisis intervention when necessary.
• Deliver services across home, school, and clinic-based settings.
