About The Position

ABA Solutions is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings across Pasco and nearby areas. The RBT will implement behavior plans, track client progress, and collaborate with BCBAs and allied professionals to support individuals with autism and other developmental differences. The company emphasizes clinical excellence, career development, and a supportive work environment, utilizing trauma-informed, assent-based, and evidence-driven practices.

Requirements

• Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or on the path to becoming one
• Screening through the Clearinghouse is required

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by BCBAs
• Deliver 1:1 ABA services in public and private school settings
• Collect accurate data and communicate client progress
• Assist with functional behavior assessments
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
