About The Position

We’re hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with BCBA-owned practices that prioritize strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and clinician support. RBTs work directly with BCBAs who own their practices rather than reporting into a large corporate structure. The roles offer direct BCBA mentorship, thoughtful clinician-built caseloads, flexible scheduling with full-time or part-time options, paid training and a path to become a BCBA, and autonomy to think creatively and problem-solve. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered.

Open weekday afternoon opportunities are available: Client #1, Monday–Friday, 3:00–5:00 p.m. (Job ID 50971505); Client #2, Monday–Friday, 4:00–7:00 p.m. (Job ID 59286605). The pay scale is $20–$28.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Comfort with moving around, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• College education is a plus but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-to-one with children, following individualized treatment plans.
• Track progress and communicate with families.
• Meet weekly with a BCBA for coaching and support.
