About The Position

This role is responsible for maintaining material flow on the production floor, assisting with various packing and sorting tasks, and performing quality inspections. The position operates on a Monday to Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Requirements

• Ability to stock machines with boxes, tape, and bags.
• Ability to relieve for breaks and lunches.
• Ability to manage product flow at the skid wrapper.
• Ability to perform random quality inspections and document findings.
• Ability to assist with packing.
• Ability to assist with on-line sorting and product holds.
• Must possess the abilities or aptitudes to perform each duty proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain material flow on the production floor by stocking all machines with boxes, tape and bags during the shift and prior to shift change.
• Assist in relieving for breaks and lunches.
• Maintain the flow of product at the skid wrapper, placing skids on the wrapper, taking skids off, and pulling them to finished goods staging in the warehouse.
• Perform random quality inspections on each line, twice per shift, and document on the IBM report.
• Assist with packing as needed.
• Assist with on-line sorting and going back on product that had machine/product concerns.
• Assist with product on hold sort.
