About The Position
Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring a caring Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct care to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Requirements
- RBT certification is required.
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
- Effective verbal and written communication in English.
- Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and families.
- Valid state identification card.
- Reliable transportation.
- Vehicle and valid driver’s license to commute between locations.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct one-to-one ABA therapy in home or clinic environments.
- Implement individualized treatment plans and programs written by the supervising BCBA.
- Collect data and submit session notes.
- Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
- Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings.
- Travel between locations and arrive promptly for appointments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
