About The Position

Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring qualified, caring Registered Behavior Technicians to provide care to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Requirements

Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
Effective verbal and written communication in English.
Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
Valid state identification card.
Reliable transportation.
Must pass a criminal background check.
RBT certification is required.
Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license to commute between locations and arrive promptly to appointments.

Responsibilities

Provide direct one-to-one ABA therapy in home or clinic environments.
Implement individualized treatment plans and programs written by the supervising BCBA.
Collect data and submit session notes.
Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings.
Commute between locations promptly using a vehicle and valid driver’s license.
Perform other duties as assigned.
