BAYADA Behavioral Health, a non-profit employer, is seeking individuals to start a career as a Behavior Technician Trainee and become a Registered Behavior Technician® (RBT) within weeks through their RBT Academy. This program provides comprehensive training in evidence-based practices, including web-based courses, hands-on training, and study guides to prepare for the RBT exam. RBTs work with individuals with Autism and other Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities (IDDs) to reduce challenging behaviors, increase functional skills, and foster independence. The Oahu Behavioral Health Team specifically provides school-based care for local school districts.
