About The Position
Great Strides ABA is seeking a Spanish-speaking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who is reliable, compassionate, and ready to make a real difference in the lives of children with autism and developmental needs. This role involves providing 1:1 ABA therapy in various settings and implementing individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
Requirements
- Active RBT certification required
- Highschool diploma is a must
- Minimum 6 months experience working with children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with data collection and documentation
- Strong Data entry skills

Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or center-based settings
- Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- Accurately collect and record session data (Rethink)
- Maintain consistency with Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Communicate progress with your BCBA and team
- Participate in onboarding and ongoing support check-ins
