About The Position

Building Block Resolutions (BBR) is a rapidly expanding ABA company committed to fostering the success of children, young adults, and families. We deliver evidence-based, 1:1 support to children with Autism in various settings including homes, schools, and clinics. This entry-level position offers comprehensive training, providing an opportunity for personal and professional development while making a significant daily impact.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

Nice To Haves

• Prior ABA experience
• Degree in psychology, education, or related field

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 intervention with children with autism
• Implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity
• Manage challenging behaviors calmly and professionally
• Collect and document data accurately
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and families
• Adapt to evolving systems, schedules, and clinical software
• Work across home, school, and clinic settings
