About The Position

Building Block Resolutions (BBR) is a fast-growing ABA company dedicated to helping children, young adults, and families thrive. We provide compassionate, evidence-based 1:1 support to students diagnosed with Autism in school and home settings. This is an entry-level role that requires initiative, consistency, and a willingness to learn new systems, where dedication truly makes a difference.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Prior ABA experience
• Degree in psychology, education, or related field
• Bilingual (Spanish/ English)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 intervention with students with autism
• Implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity
• Manage challenging behaviors safely and professionally
• Stay calm, engaged, and supportive during difficult moments
• Collect and document data accurately
• Communicate professionally with supervisors and families
• Adapt to evolving systems, schedules, and clinical software
• Work in school classrooms, homes, and/or clinic settings
