About The Position

Work one-on-one with children in their homes, following individualized treatment plans. The position offers direct mentorship and support from a BCBA, clinician-built caseloads, flexible full-time or part-time scheduling, paid training, and a potential career path to becoming a BCBA. The role provides autonomy to think creatively and problem-solve. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered. The listed opportunity is Monday through Friday, 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Pay is $20–$28.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Comfort moving around, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

• College education is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities
