About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role involves working with individuals with developmental or behavioral needs, implementing treatment plans, collecting data, and supporting skill development in a structured environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow structured behavior plans with accuracy
- Patience, consistency, and attention to detail
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in ABA therapy or behavioral health
- Experience working in school or special education settings
- Familiarity with behavioral data collection tools
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision
- Provide one-on-one or group support to clients/students
- Assist in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
- Apply behavior reduction strategies per treatment plans
- Respond appropriately to behavioral challenges using approved techniques
- Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment
- Accurately record behavioral data during sessions
- Track progress toward individualized goals
- Report observations and concerns to the supervising BCBA
- Work closely with educators, therapists, and clinical teams
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Adhere to all clinical, ethical, and organizational standards
