About The Position
Apara Autism Centers is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism. The role involves implementing treatment plans, tracking progress, and supporting families. Requirements
- High school diploma
- Experience working with kids.
- Reliable transportation & driver’s license.
- Must be a registered RBT with the BACB to be eligible for the sign on bonus.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s in related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism.
- Implement treatment plans from a BCBA.
- Track progress & support families.
