About The Position

We are hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with BCBA-owned practices that prioritize strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and real support for clinicians. This means that you won’t be reporting into a large corporate structure – you’ll be working directly with BCBAs who own their practices and have been in your shoes. This role offers direct BCBA mentorship and support, thoughtful caseloads built by clinicians, flexible scheduling with full-time or part-time options, career growth opportunity with paid trainings and a path to become a BCBA, and empowering work with guaranteed autonomy to think creatively and problem-solve.

Requirements

• Active RBT Certification
• Reliable transportation to get to client’s homes
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 or older
• Ability to pass a background check
• Must be available to work M-F 3:30p to 7:30p
• Comfortable moving around, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children following individualized treatment plans
• Track progress and communicate with families
• Meet weekly with your BCBA for coaching and support
