Floating RBT
About The Position
MonArk ABA is hiring a full-time, hourly Floating Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA services across its Bryan, Defiance, Lima, and Van Wert clinics in Northwest Ohio. Under BCBA supervision, the RBT delivers evidence-based interventions to clients with diverse needs while traveling to clinic locations as assigned. The role requires adaptability, reliability, clinical skills, and a valid driver’s license and reliable automobile. Float assignments may be communicated the night before or the morning of a shift. The RBT is normally assigned to one clinic per day, though occasional travel between multiple locations may occur. Travel time is counted as work time, and mileage between clinics is paid. Employees are expected to be ready to serve clients by 8:30 a.m., except when longer travel requires an adjusted arrival time. The position reports to the Branch Manager. Starting pay is $19.86 per hour for MonArk Level 2 RBTs, the stated minimum preferred level. Pay increases may be available through Level Up advancements, and the role is eligible for overtime under applicable laws. MonArk offers a benefits package that includes health insurance and PTO.
Requirements
- Hold a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Comply with all BACB supervision and credential maintenance requirements.
- Pass a clear criminal background check according to state and federal regulations.
- Enter client data, session notes, and other required documentation accurately and on time in MonArk’s electronic systems.
- Have no more than five attendance points within the last 90 days.
- Have a valid driver’s license and reliable automobile.
- Be willing to float and cover shifts at different MonArk clinics as needed.
- Arrive ready to serve clients by 8:30 a.m. at the assigned clinic, unless an adjusted arrival time is communicated due to travel time.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct ABA therapy services to clients at multiple MonArk clinic locations as assigned.
- Assist BCBAs with client behavioral and skill assessments as required.
- Collaborate with BCBAs to implement, monitor, and update behavior intervention and individualized treatment plans.
- Support clients with daily living skills during therapy sessions.
- Deliver evidence-based social skills and behavioral interventions to clients and families.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with families and caregivers to support client progress.
- Complete scheduled therapy sessions and submit accurate notes with appropriate billing codes in a timely manner.
- Identify client progress and collaborate with BCBAs on treatment planning through feedback and data.
