About The Position
Brighter Tomorrow Behavioral Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join their team as Behavior Technicians. This specific client requires an RBT for a 19-year-old client needing 12 hours of service per week. The company is a smaller ABA therapy provider that emphasizes collaboration, ongoing learning, and mentorship. They support team members in their career growth, including pursuing BCBA certification.
Requirements
- Active RBT Certification
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to pass a background check
- A passion for helping others and a desire to learn
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field
- Prior experience in ABA, childcare, teaching, or working with children with special needs
- Completion of a 40-hour RBT training
Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with clients in their home
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA
- Collect and record data on client progress
- Communicate with supervising BCBAs and provide updates to families
- Foster growth, independence, and meaningful progress in the lives of the children we serve
