BAYADA Behavioral Health is a non-profit employer seeking an School-based Master Substitute Registered Behavior Technician® (RBT®). RBTs work with individuals with Autism and other Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities (IDDs) to reduce challenging behaviors, increase functional skills, and foster independence and individuality. This role involves working directly with students in the classroom, following established service plans, and collaborating with school teams. The position offers a sign-on bonus of $1,500.
