About The Position

At Action Behavior Centers (ABC), we are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). In this role, you will work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years, utilizing play-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Your primary focus will be to help children learn and grow through engaging activities such as play, movement, reading, and hands-on experiences. You will follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment. This is a full-time position with predictable daytime hours, Monday through Friday, with optional Saturday availability based on patient needs. Requirements

At least 18 years old
High school diploma
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Registered Behavior Technician certification
Team mindset

Responsibilities

Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
