About The Position
Milestone Achievements ABA is looking to hire experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for in-home ABA therapy services in Danielsville, GA. The role involves providing one-to-one instruction to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or related developmental disabilities within the home, school, or community, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The company is passionate about helping children on the Autism Spectrum reach their full potential.
Requirements
- Registered Behavior Technician Certification (active)
- Personal means of transportation
- Prior experience in ABA
- Compassion and patience towards children with disabilities and their families
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy.
- Collect detailed behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions and input into an electronic device, logging all hours and data accurately.
