About The Position

ABLE Kids is seeking energetic, caring, and dedicated individuals to join their team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). The role involves working with children ages 2-6, providing one-on-one ABA therapy to help them grow, learn, and thrive. The company emphasizes changing lives through compassion, fun, and teamwork, and offers hands-on training for those who do not yet have their RBT certification. ABLE Kids aims to provide a workplace where employees love what they do, learn new skills, and have fun.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
A heart for kids and a passion for helping others
Reliability and a positive attitude
Willingness to get CPR certified and pass a background check
RBT certification OR the willingness to train and earn it with us (we cover the cost!)
