We are hiring full time and part time Behavior Technicians to work one on one with our learners at our Albuquerque center. This entry level position in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Precision Teaching earns between $18.50 to $19.50 per hour during our training program. Immediately upon completion of training, Behavior Technicians earn $20.50 to $21.50 per hour, depending on experience. We provide an extensive paid training program that exceeds industry standards and includes earning a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Upon completing our in-depth, paid training program, our Behavior Technicians / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) work one on one with children between the ages of one (1) year old to twelve (12) years old, providing early intervention behavioral therapy. Our team teaches learners on the autism spectrum new adaptive skills like language, functional communication, functional play, pro-social behaviors, self-help, and more! Our Behavior Technicians are supervised by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who create and oversee the customized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Precision Teaching programming that our Behavior Technicians roll out with learners.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle that is registered and insured
High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

Work one on one with children on the autism spectrum.
Provide early intervention behavioral therapy.
Teach learners adaptive skills such as language, functional communication, functional play, pro-social behaviors, and self-help.
Implement customized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Precision Teaching programming under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
