About The Position

Alpaca Health is a multi-state network of independent ABA therapists who work in homes, schools, and daycares. The Registered Behavior Technician works one-on-one with children with autism in their homes, classrooms, and communities. The RBT follows a personalized plan from a BCBA, implements behavior strategies, collects data, and builds consistent relationships that support children’s growth. A dedicated BCBA provides close mentorship and is reachable for support. Applicants may already hold an active RBT certification or may be interested in earning one. For people who are not yet certified, Alpaca Health can help identify a path to certification, support preparation for and sitting for the exam, and match applicants with practices that may reimburse training and pay for hands-on learning. The position offers hourly pay of $20–$27, based on experience and location, and may be full-time or part-time. Some flexibility across mornings, afternoons, and evenings is needed to meet client needs.
