About The Position

Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) are sought to join Autism 360 at their new Huntersville location, in partnership with Five Filly Farm. This innovative therapy environment blends center-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with nature-based, real-world learning experiences. The role offers a chance to be part of the founding team and shape a unique therapy setting that integrates farm-based and outdoor learning into ABA therapy, creating engaging experiences for both children and staff. Requirements

• Active RBT certification
• Experience implementing treatment plans and collecting data
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass required screenings
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the day
• No allergies to small farm animals or anything that prohibits extended time outdoors

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in a center-based setting
• Implement individualized treatment plans
• Collect and record session data
• Collaborate with your BCBA and clinical team
• Engage children in play-based learning
