About The Position

Autism 360 helps children with autism learn, grow, and build confidence through play-based therapy where ABA therapy meets hands-on farm learning. We are looking for energetic, compassionate people who love working with kids (and animals!) and want a career that makes a real impact. We pay you to get certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). No experience required — just bring your energy and heart.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable using technology
• Ability to obtain RBT certification within 90 days (we help!)
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• No allergies to small farm animals or outdoor environment

Responsibilities

• Work 1-on-1 with children in our therapy center and outdoor farm environment helping them build life skills through guided play.
• Playing games and creative activities
• Helping children improve communication
• Supporting social and emotional development
• Celebrating progress and milestones
• Tracking progress using a tablet
