About The Position

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) on our team, you’ll work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) and families to deliver high-quality, play-based ABA therapy. We focus on creating a workplace where team members feel valued, supported, and empowered each day. Therapy should be fun, engaging, and life-changing.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Active RBT certification required within 60 days of hire
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Competence with a variety of computer applications
Comfortable persona to better develop relationships with children and their families

Responsibilities

Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients
Engage with BCBA during regular supervision sessions to ask questions and receive feedback
Collect and record client behavioral data and complete all required documentation accurately and on time
