As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) on our team, you’ll work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) and families to deliver high-quality, play-based ABA therapy. We focus on creating a workplace where team members feel valued, supported, and empowered each day. This role involves implementing direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients, engaging with BCBA during regular supervision sessions to ask questions and receive feedback, and collecting and recording client behavioral data and completing all required documentation accurately and on time. The ideal candidate has a passion for working with children with special needs, a commitment to building strong relationships, and making every session engaging and enjoyable. Flexibility, strong communication skills, and comfort partnering with families and BCBAs are essential.
