About The Position

Hope Center for Behavior Change, Inc. is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in Palm Beach County, Florida. Working under BCBA supervision, the RBT will implement behavior support plans and help clients develop skills and reduce challenging behaviors. The role includes collecting and documenting behavioral data, collaborating with supervisors, maintaining ethical ABA standards, keeping certifications and training current, and uploading required credentials to the Medicaid portal. Requirements

• Active RBT certification recognized by the BACB.
• Current CPR certification, renewable every two years.
• Ability to maintain and update personal liability insurance annually.
• Strong data collection, documentation, and time management skills.
• Passion for ethical ABA therapy and helping individuals achieve meaningful change.
• Care Provider Background Screening is required for all employment opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in alignment with clients’ treatment plans.
• Collect, document, and analyze data on client behaviors during sessions.
• Collaborate with supervisors to refine and carry out behavior support plans.
• Support clients in learning essential life skills and reducing challenging behaviors.
• Follow ethical ABA therapy standards outlined by the BACB and company policies.
• Maintain current certifications and training, including annual RBT competency reviews, CPR certification, and in-service training.
• Upload updated credentials, such as RBT certification and liability insurance, to the Medicaid portal as required.
