Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
About The Position
Circle Care Services is a trusted provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children on the autism spectrum. As an RBT, you will work directly with children with autism in the home, school, or clinic setting. This role is a hands-on behavior technician position where you will implement ABA therapy programs and help support meaningful progress.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Certified Registered Behavior Technician
- At least 18 years of age
- Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
- Well-organized, flexible, and receptive to feedback

Responsibilities
- Provide ABA therapy services as an ABA therapist under BCBA supervision
- Implement treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA
- Collect session data and follow behavior intervention protocols
- Support skill-building and reduce behaviors that interfere with daily life
- Communicate session progress with the supervising clinical team
