About The Position
Work with BCBA-owned practices that prioritize strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and support for clinicians. The role involves working directly with BCBAs who own their practices rather than reporting to a large corporate structure. The listed opportunity is Monday through Wednesday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Flexible full-time or part-time options are also mentioned. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered. The pay scale is $20–$28.
Requirements
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Comfort moving around, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- College education is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with children following individualized treatment plans.
- Track client progress and communicate with families.
- Meet weekly with a BCBA for coaching and support.
