About The Position

The Hope Centers is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join their team. This role involves treating, tracking, and reporting the effectiveness of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions for individuals with autism, developmental delays, and other learning disabilities. The Registered Behavior Technician will work within a multidisciplinary team and under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) in a clinic-based environment.

Requirements

Registered Behavior Technician Certificate
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience working with individuals with developmental delays
Act 33 PA Child Abuse History Clearance
Act 34 PA State Criminal History Clearance
Act 114 FBI Clearance issued by the Dept of Education
Act 126 Mandated Reporter Training Certificate
Act 168 from Previous Employers where you came into contact with children
CPR/First Aid
TB/Physical

Responsibilities

Supervise clients in the clinic setting
Provide 1:1 behavioral and skill acquisition support and treatment for clients in identified areas of need
Ensure accurate and reliable data collection on all target skills related to ABA curriculum using data sheets and electronic marking devices in order to identify skill acquisitions, behavioral improvement, and mastered target achievement
Complete documentation in accordance with Hope deadlines and legal timelines
Collaborate with treatment team to maximize daily planning, record keeping, goal achievement, accommodations, and modifications
Actively participate in staff meetings and in-service training programs to continuously update skills
Other responsibilities as assigned.
