About The Position

In2Great Pediatric Therapy is a growing, multi-disciplinary clinic that provides a warm, safe, clean, and collaborative space for staff, children, and families. We promote a psychologically safe environment and are a destination work setting for our outstanding staff. We stand behind our Multidisciplinary model (OT, PT, SLP, ABA and Mental Health) and are an established clinic with over 14 years of experience and over 100 staff. We are a well-established, clinician-led pediatric therapy practice built for long-term careers with strong accessible leadership and support staff. We boast clinical integrity and ethical quality of care for clients. Our growth model is designed to be slow and intentional, providing stability for staff. Though we have ABA as a valued discipline, we are not a “churn and burn” ABA Model. The team of therapeutic professionals boasts a 95% retention rate for all professionals. We offer a spacious clinic with room after room of therapeutic excellence designed to meet every Therapist's ABA, Mental Health, OT, PT, and SLP need for their clients. We have a strong mentorship program for new therapists that includes Department Head Supervision.
