ExcelPrep is a mission-driven private program serving neurodiverse children through structured, research-based instruction. Our mission is simple: prioritize the academic and social success of neurodiverse learners. We deliver high-quality academic and therapeutic programming that supports meaningful learning outcomes. ExcelPrep offers two distinct programs for learners ages 3-13: PreK–8 Academic Program: Direct Instruction and Precision Teaching for core academics (reading, writing, math) in a structured, data-driven environment. Clinical ABA Program (Ages 3–13): Cognition-linguistically based ABA focusing on language, reasoning, executive functioning, social competence, and independence. Across ExcelPrep, we center: Direct Instruction and instructional design Precision Teaching and data-based decision making Behavior science research foundations Occupational Therapy as a prioritized therapy alongside ABA for sensory-motor development Our mission is to provide a nurturing, academically focused learning environment where neurodiverse students develop strong academic foundations, cognitive-linguistic skills, and the confidence to succeed in school and beyond. We’re seeking a compassionate, reliable RBT to deliver high-quality, data-driven ABA services under BCBA supervision. You will work closely with BCBA supervisors, OTs, SLPs, teachers, and families to implement individualized behavior support plans and skill acquisition programs that promote meaningful learning. Key focus areas: Implement evidence-based ABA procedures under supervision (e.g., DTT, NET, prompting, shaping, reinforcement) to support skill acquisition and reduce challenging behaviors Collect and document data on target behaviors and skills; maintain accurate progress notes and data sheets Implement Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under BCBA guidance Collaborate with BCBA, teachers, OTs, and SLPs to align ABA goals with ExcelPrep’s instructional framework Promote generalization and maintenance of skills across settings (classroom, therapy rooms, home) Communicate regularly with families about progress, home strategies, and carryover plans Maintain ethical standards and confidentiality in line with BACB guidelines and school policies
