About The Position

Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization that provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) provide one-to-one specialized treatment to clients in a center-based setting, working in partnership with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Paid training and support are provided to help RBTs carry out treatment plans. The position offers potential for part-time and/or full-time guaranteed hours in a center environment.

Requirements

• Current, active RBT certification.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of individualized treatment plans and report progress.
• Support the BCBA with training families to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Respond to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties.
• Keep pace with clients as they move about session areas, including standing, sitting, bending, lifting 25+ pounds, running, squatting, and kneeling.
• Perform other tasks outlined by the BCBA or LBA.
