About The Position

Action Behavior Centers (ABC) is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). In this role, you will work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years, utilizing play-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. You will follow personalized treatment plans, collect session data, and help children learn through engaging activities like play, movement, reading, and games. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment is essential, as is collaborating with a supportive team focused on helping children grow and succeed. This is a full-time position with predictable daytime hours, Monday through Friday, 8 am-5 pm, with optional Saturdays available based on patient needs. ABC offers significant opportunities for career growth, including promotions, leadership roles, and pathways to becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through our Everest Program.

Requirements

At least 18 years old
High school diploma
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
